To defrost from the freezer, leave the bars in the fridge overnight. Once defrosted they will keep for 3 days in an airtight container.
Do not re freeze, once defrosted.

Easy Apple Flapjacks Recipe With Cinnamon For BLW
This is a great recipe for baby-led weaning. No added sugar just sweetened with apple puree and Greek yogurt. Great for older kids too.
Ingredients
Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to a medium heat of 180 C fan or 350 F. Line a 9x9 inch baking tin with baking paper. Set prepared tin aside.
- Pour the oats, apple puree, yogurt, flaxseed and cinnamon into a large bowl and mix together using a wooden spoon until combined.
- Spoon the flapjack mixture into the prepared cake tin and flatten evenly using the back of a spoon.
- Take your apple slices and space out evenly into 3 rows or 3.
- Sprinkle with a little more cinnamon over the apple slices.
- Pop into the oven on a baking tray for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Once cooked cool in the baking dish and then cut into 6 slices.
Notes
This flapjack recipe is really easy to make dairy free, all you will need to do is use a dairy free plain Greek yogurt.
You can use this recipe as a base and switch up the fruit used. Other alternatives can be strawberry, pear or raspberry.
